I am looking to study abroad in the fall and I am deciding between Barcelona or Seville. Honestly, I want to choose whatever is the most fun. I am also considering Brussels because Western Europe is really enticing to me for some reason. I am also a Dutch citizen so anywhere in Europe is really available to me.
